16-2840 2PLANNING CASE P15-0552: Proposed Certificate of Appropriateness request by Cortel Inc. on behalf of Verizon Wireless to construct an unmanned telecommunication wireless facility with a 55 foot-high stealth antenna tower and a 252 square-foot equipment structure at Magnolia Presbyterian Church located at 7200 Magnolia Ave, City Landmark #4 and City Structure of Merit, in the R-1-7000-CR zone in Ward #3. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Sections 15303, because the project constitutes an installation of small new equipment and facilities in small structures.
