The Planning Division of the Community and Economic Development Department finds that the proposed project has been analyzed for compliance with the adopted Fox Plaza EIR and is consistent with the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, and therefore will not result in environmental impacts that are different or greater than the impacts anticipated under the EIR. The Planning Division of the Community & Economic Development Department has determined that the proposed project, as mitigated, will not have a significant effect on the environment and is recommending that a Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) be adopted.
