It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Section 15331, because the project is consistent with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Sections 15301 and 15331, because the project is a minor alteration/addition to a historic resource which is consistent with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
