| 2 | PLANNING CASES P19-0507 (CUP) AND P19-0508 (DR): Proposal by Kyle Paine of Community Development Partners to consider a revision to a previously approved Conditional Use Permit and Design Review of project plans to permit the construction of a 50-unit affordable and supportive housing, a 4,214 square foot parish hall, a 2,950 square foot friary and chapel, and a 1,300 square foot greenhouse. The 3.57-acre site is developed with St. Michael’s Episcopal Church and is located at 4070 Jackson Street, on the northwest corner of Jackson Street and Hawthorne Avenue, in the R-1-7000 – Single-Family Residential Zone, in Ward 5. The Community and Economic Development Department recommends the Planning Commission determine that this project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Section 15332 (In-Fill Development Projects), as this project will not have a significant effect on the environment.
