Distribution System Facilities Replacement Account for each fiscal year of program

Recommend that City Council approve Holding Tank Cost Reimbursement  
Agreement with Robert Allen Shepherd, which formalizes the terms of a 1999 letter  
agreement for holding tank cost reimbursement for estimated annual cost of $7,600  
from Water Fund, Public Utilities Water Productions and Operations Professional  
Services Account in addition to $92,737.47 that has been reimbursed to date for  
holding tank cost reimbursement until time site can be connected to public sewer  
system
