Receive public input related to proposed Schedule Electric Vehicle (EV) closure to  
new customers, remove program cap from Schedule (Self-Gen), and updates to  
Electric Rule 11, Electric Rule 12, and Electric Rule 13 - Adopt a Resolution of the  
Board of Public Utilities of the City of Riverside, California, (1) Revising Electric  
Rule 11, Electric Rule 12, and Electric Rule 13; Closing electric schedule EV to new  
customers and revising Electric Schedule Self-Gen to remove the program cap; (2)  
Making related findings of fact; and (3) Recommending approval by the City Council  
- Waive further reading - Recommend City Council adopt a Resolution approving  
closure of Schedule EV to new customers, removal of program cap of Schedule  
Self-Gen, and updates of Electric Rule 11, Electric Rule 12 and Electric Rule 13
