of Public Utilities and may be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will

votes on the motion to adopt, Members of the Board of Public Utilities or the Public

Utilities General Manager, or his designee, request specific items be removed from the

Consent Calendar for separate action.

Approve Fifth Amendment to Master Agreements with All American Asphalt, Corona,

Hardy and Harper, Inc., Santa Ana, R.J. Noble Co., Orange, Ben’s Asphalt and

Maintenance Company, Inc., Riverside, for Water Division Paving Contractor Panel

for three-year extension - Recommend City Council adopt resolution authorizing

City Manager, or his designee, to award works of public construction to lowest

responsive and responsible bidder for construction not-to-exceed $950,000, for

projects advertised for bid under Water Division Paving Panel, if expenditure has

been approved by either Board of Public Utilities or City Council, as applicable
