Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by Resolution No. 23976,

members of all Boards and Commissions and the public are reminded that they must

preserve order and decorum throughout the meeting. In that regard, members of all

Boards and Commissions, as well as the public participants are advised that any

Council, Boards and commissions, or their presiding officer constitutes a violation of

of Public Utilities and may be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will

be no separate discussion of these items unless, before the Board of Public Utilities

votes on the motion to adopt, Members of the Board of Public Utilities or the Public

Utilities General Manager, or his designee, request specific items be removed from the

Consent Calendar for separate action.

Find G. Hurtado Construction, Inc. in default of Contract for Construction due to

abandonment of Brockton Avenue Water Main Replacement Project Bid RPU-7816,

as required by Contract documents - Terminate G. Hurtado Construction, Inc’s.

right to perform under Contract by issuing a written notice of termination for default

to Contractor and its Surety, United States Fire Insurance Company

revised contract amount of $750,000 from Public Benefit Account to increase

program funding, for vendor administered energy efficiency programs for

Refrigerated Load Program - Approve amended Professional Consultant Services

Agreement with Richard Heath and Associates Fresno, for additional $2,500,000,

revised contract amount of $3,750,000 for Small Business Program
