Fund) proposed for Fiscal Year 2026/27 budget totaling $121.8 million in revenues,

and proposed Fiscal Year 2027/28 budget totaling $123.7 million in revenues,  
$116.0 million in operating expenditures and $37.5 million in capital improvements.  
The difference between revenues and expenditures including capital improvements,
