Adopt an Urgency Ordinance to extend Urgency Ordinance No. 7769 establishing a
moratorium on the establishment or expansion of wooden pallet storage yards within
City limits by an additional 10 months and 15 days pending the development of
updated Zoning regulations for such uses from July 3, 2026, to May 18, 2027,
effective immediately
