affordability, climate compliance, and market governance with direct operational  
impact on Riverside Public Utilities, including legislation addressing affordability and  
greenhouse-gas emissions compliance, regional market governance, wildfire  
mitigation, per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) regulation, water-supply  
planning, and housing streamlining

approximately $958,300 from Mission Square Property Management Account for  
property management services for Mission Square Office Building for over five-year
