Oversight Board adopt a Resolution authorizing the execution of the Property
Management Agreement with Realicore for ground floor retail and office space at
California Tower, in accordance with the California Department of Finance
approved Long-Range Property Management Plan, to be presented to the
Countywide Oversight Board for final consideration and approval (Ward 1)
