interior parking lot, roadway improvements on Flight Road, Airport Drive, Gemende

Drive, Doolittle Avenue, and Central Avenue, and various traffic operations and

Approve Fifth Amendment to Agreement with Galls, LLC., Lexington, Kentucky, for

increase annual compensation of $180,000, for revised amount not-to-exceed

notice of a Municipal Election to be held on June 2, 2026 for the placement of a

General Tax Measure on the ballot for the purpose of submitting to the qualified

electors of the City of Riverside, a measure to renew the City’s Transaction and Use

Tax (Sales Tax) at an updated one and one quarter percent rate until ended by the

voters - Waive further reading - Introduce an Ordinance amending Chapter 3.08 of

the Riverside Municipal Code regarding the City of Riverside Transaction and Use

Tax; Option B: Adopt a Resolution ordering, calling, providing for and giving notice

of a Municipal Election to be held on June 2, 2026, for the purpose of submitting to

the qualified electors of the City of Riverside, a measure to adopt a Supplemental

Transaction and Use Tax (Sales Tax) at the rate of one quarter percent - Waive

further reading - Introduce an Ordinance adding Chapter 3.09 to the Riverside

Municipal Code regarding the City of Riverside Supplemental Transaction and Use
