Revisions to Memorandum of Understanding for SEIU-General unit effective July 1,  
2025 through June 30, 2028 - Revisions to Memorandum of Understanding for  
SEIU-Refuse unit effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028 - Approve changes  
to compensation and benefits package for Unrepresented Employees - A Resolution  
of the City Council of the City of Riverside, California, amending Resolution No.  
21052 to amend Parts I and II of the Fringe Benefits and Salary Plan, to reflect  
various updates and changes in connection with the Memorandum of Understanding  
with the Service Employees’ International Union (SEIU) Local 721 - General Unit,  
the Memorandum of Understanding with the Service Employees’ International Union  
(SEIU) Local 721 - Refuse Unit, and the Unrepresented Employees - Waive further  
reading - Appropriate approximate amounts of $6,970,406 in Fiscal Year 2025-26,  
$17,085,463 in Fiscal Year 2026-27, and $28,956,156 in Fiscal Year 2027-28 in
