Pursuant to the City Council Meeting Rules adopted by Resolution No. 23976,  
members of all Boards and Commissions and the public are reminded that they must  
preserve order and decorum throughout the meeting. In that regard, members of all  
Boards and Commissions, as well as the public participants are advised that any  
delay or disruption in the proceedings or a refusal to obey the orders of the City  
Council, Boards and commissions, or their presiding officer constitutes a violation of

Riverside Public Utilities sustainability efforts  
All matters listed under the CONSENT CALENDAR are considered routine by the Board  
of Public Utilities and may be enacted by one motion in the form listed below. There will  
be no separate discussion of these items unless, before the Board of Public Utilities  
votes on the motion to adopt, Members of the Board of Public Utilities or the Public  
Utilities General Manager, or his designee, request specific items be removed from the  
Consent Calendar for separate action.  
Minutes of November 13, 2023  
Recommend City Council approve Energy Savings Assistance Program (ESAP)  
Master Inter-Utility Agreement with Southern California Gas Company in amount of  
$375,000 for January 1, through June 30, 2024, and $750,000 for Fiscal Year  
2024/25 for total contract of $1,125,000 from Public Benefits Programs Energy  
Savings Assistance Program Account  
Recommend City Council confirm shareholder proxy authority for voting  
representatives and alternates - Authorize assignment of shares for each mutual  
water company owned by City to specified Board of Public Utilities members -  
Rescind any prior assigned shares owned by City to mutual water companies -  
Delegate authority to any designated representative or alternate to vote City’s  
shares as City’s proxy at all meetings of respective mutual water companies from  
date of this action until amended  
Recommend City Council declare approximately 1,296 square feet of vacant  
City-owned land bearing Assessor's Parcel Number 207-033-029 as exempt surplus  
- Approve Purchase and Sale Agreement with Virgil C. Hane and Bette J. Graff for  
sales price of $1,302.00 to be deposited into Water Fund Miscellaneous Receipts  
Account - West of Beacon Way and north of Redwood Drive, formerly known as  
Mary Evans Booster Station  
Systematic reporting on meetings, conferences, and seminars by Board members  
and/or staff
