and Economic Development Department Director approval of Tentative Parcel Map
38174 and Grading Exception to subdivide 5.74-acre parcel into four parcels for
residential purposes and allow grading with the Prenda Arroyo and 5-foot arroyo
setback, on 5.74-acre parcel partially development with an existing single family
residence, detached garage, and freestanding barn - Staff recommends City
Council uphold decision of Community and Economic Development Director
approval, determine project will not have a significant effect on the environment
based on the findings set forth in the case record and adopt a Mitigated Negative
