Noble Co., Orange, Ben’s Asphalt and Maintenance Company, Inc., Riverside, for Water Division Paving Contractor Panel for three-year extension - Recommend City Council adopt resolution authorizing City Manager, or his designee, to award works of public construction to lowest responsive and responsible bidder for construction not-to-exceed $950,000, for projects advertised for bid under Water Division Paving Panel, if expenditure has been approved by either Board of Public Utilities or City Council, as applicable
