PLANNING CASE P17-0116: After the fact Certificate of Appropriateness request by Aline Kangas for the replacement of windows and driveway, and installation of wood fencing, wrought iron balustrade, and wrought iron gate at a single-family residence located at 4226 Oakwood Place, Contributor to the Wood Streets Neighborhood Conservation Area, in the R-1-7000-CR zone in Ward #1. It is recommended that the Cultural Heritage Board determine the proposal is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review pursuant to Sections 15301, because the project constitutes a minor alteration to historic resource.
