PLANNING CASE PR-2020-000144 (CUP AND DR): Proposal by Christopher Kassaseya of St. Andrew Orthodox Christian Church to consider the following entitlements: 1) Modification of a previously approved Conditional Use Permit (Planning Case P08-0046) to permit a 6,116 square foot church hall expansion, construct a 4,104 square foot administration building, and to demolish and reconstruct a portion of the west parking lot; and 2) Design Review of project plans. The 4.6-acre project site is located at 4700 Canyon Crest Drive, situated on the east side of Canyon Crest Drive between University Drive and Navajo Drive, in the R-1-8500-RP – Single-Family Residential and Residential Protection Overlay Zones, in Ward 2.
